Gay Pride is not having to apologise for just being me.
Comment by Mike Deakin October 31, 2007 @ 7:50 pmI’m a lesbian, and I think pride means something different for everyone. It’s probably a question that you will get a million different answers.
Comment by mstylerdurden November 1, 2007 @ 2:11 amThat’s a nice and simple answer u gave MIKE.
Comment by Dr X November 1, 2007 @ 10:28 amWe are what we are and we don’t have to answer to nobody for this. But please tell me if you want, do you live your life in a gay community or do you have all kind friends that are different from you? and how do you feel about that ?
You are right about what u said MSTYLERDURDEN. Each people can give u an unique answer about what pride means. Do you think that this word could also be misunderstood ?
Comment by Dr X November 1, 2007 @ 10:36 amCiprian,
We all struggle to find our niche under the sun ~ straight, gay, undefined, individual. Gay Pride is one colorful drive to create awareness that Gays exist and are making a mark in this blind world who doesn’t recognize individuality and unkind to diversity.
Straight, gay, undefined, individual deserve respect ~ we all have a niche under the blue skies.
I wish you well.

Comment by jeques November 1, 2007 @ 7:23 pmHello again, since you asked the question so politely, I feel I must answer. I don’t live in a gay community. I live in a small rural market town and have very few gay friends, I socialise with my family and the people with whom I work. My colleagues are a mixture of caucasian, Pakistani/Indian and African/Carribbean. The gay friends I do have are a mixture of Polish, Somali, Kurdish/Iraqi, British, Irish and a couple of Americans for flava!
